MENU STALL DINNER + TANGO SHOW
Entress
- Pampean salad with a variety of tomatoes, lettuce and Parmesan cheese. The dressing has basil, garlic, sunflower oil, salt and pepper.
- Caramelized onion soup, thyme and pepper.
- Pumpkin foam with melted cheese and light cream sauce.
Main courses
- Chicken breast stuffed with cheese, bacon, spinach and peppers in mustard and champagne sauce, served with mashed sweet potatoes and black olives.
- Creppes de Pumpkin in arugula dough, leek cream sauce and dried mushrooms.
- Carrot stew with meat, potatoes, carrots, squash, fresh tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, white wine and bay leaf.
- Soy burger with salad of tomatoes and green leaves.
Desserts
- Red Velvet: red velvet cake, stuffed with buttercream.
- Caramelized apple.
Drinks
- A glass of Varietal Wine National Label Cepa Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay or a bottle of Water or Soda or a Chop of Beer per person.
